I met Ally through a friend in Jupiter, we connected instantly in regards to a second home in Marathon. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the different areas in town and really listened to what we wanted for our family. Ally placed us in what so happened to be a perfect condo building. Everyone is now family to us. Ally went above and beyond to make the deal happen, certain circumstances arose with the seller and Ally tended to each and every issue without question. Ally is hands down the best Realtor in the Keys. She assisted us with buying our first home working with a VA loan and Hometown Heroes. She showed us exactly what we wanted to see and didn't try to show us things that we weren't looking for. She knew more about the houses we were looking at than the Realtors that were selling them. Her and the team she had working with her made this the easiest process it could possibly be. Ally knows the questions to ask, what to look for with permits and knows every one in the Keys to make the home buying process easier. I wouldn't recommend anyone but her if you're looking to buy or sell a house. Buying a home in the Keys isn't as straight forward as it is on the "main land". Ally has the tools and knowledge to exceed all of your expectations of buying a home here and get you exactly what you want!
